Appointment Info

  • All of my facial experiences are curated to your individual needs so don’t stress too much about booking the wrong appointment! My signature facials are ideal for those looking for a longer service for maximum relaxation whereas my express facials are great for those on a tighter timeline or budget!

    For brow services, I recommend booking a Brow Wax & Tint to give us enough time for a consultation and shaping to decide if you’re a candidate for brow lamination!

  • For all services, I require you to fill out the consent form found in your confirmation email. This provides me with all the info I need to accommodate you and adjust your services for any contraindications.

    Facial Prep: Please refrain from using any retinoids/retinol or topical acne prescriptions at least 7 days prior to appointments. Facials cannot be performed if you have received Botox/fillers within 2 weeks prior to appointment.

    Brow Prep: Please refrain from using any retinoids/retinol or topical acne prescriptions at least 7 days prior to appointments.

    Lash Lift Prep: Ideally just come makeup free!

  • A 50% cancellation fee will be applied for any last minute cancellations within the 48 hr window. A 100% no show fee will be applied for any no call, no show appointments and deposit may be required for future bookings. Upon booking you are agreeing to this policy. Always reach out with any needs to see if I can accommodate!

  • Parents are allowed to bring 1-2 children with them as long as they are able to respect the space and peace of others. For longer appointments, I do recommend trying to find care depending on your child’s temperament.

    For minors 16 or younger, I require a guardian to attend the appointment and they can sit in the room or waiting room during the service.

    A guest may join you if they are needed to assist you physically or if the guest also has an appointment booked after/before yours. Guests will not be allowed under any other circumstances.

Product Orders & Shipping

  • Please keep in mind, I will be shipping orders myself as a one-woman show so shipping times could take 1-2 weeks from your order date. You will be notified directly by me if your order may take longer.

    Face Reality and Glymed orders come directly from the company so you may receive those products sooner!

  • It all begins with an idea. Maybe you want to launch a business. Maybe you want to turn a hobby into something more.

  • The cost of shipping is $7 for orders $99 and under. All orders over $100 will have free shipping.

    Direct orders from my Glymed shop can have higher shipping prices if your order doesn’t exceed $100. I recommend waiting until major holidays to place your orders as Glymed usually offers free shipping during their holiday sales.

  • All percentages of Face Reality’s Mandelic, Retinol, and Acne Med serums along with their Mandelic Scrub require you to be a current client of mine. If you are a current client, please message me or submit a contact form to add your desired product to your order.

    If you are not a current client and are interested in purchasing, I recommend booking a virtual or in-person consultation with me!

Anything else to know?

  • In your consent form you can include any special requests or needs you may have for your appointment. I will gladly do what I can to ensure your service provides you exactly what you need. Please reach out directly if you have any questions or concerns before your appointment. All are welcome and safe in my space.

  • Part of my mission is to make skincare accessible to all. I offer virtual or in-person skincare consultations for only $30 and it’s perfect if you’re wanting to improve your skin with expert advice. If you spend over $100 in products the $30 fee will be waived!

    If you’re looking for relaxation, I recommend my ‘Mini Massage’ service for only $35. It offers a 15 min in-depth cleansing oil massage followed by moisturizer.
